With the development of smart grids, lightning arresters are shifting from passive protection to active monitoring and predictive maintenance. In smart SPDs integrated with NB-IoT, high-voltage door handle capacitors not only perform traditional filtering functions but also provide a stable voltage sampling reference for online monitoring circuits. For example, Dekai Technology's smart capacitor cabinet SPDs upload leakage current and temperature data in real time via RS485 communication. The door handle capacitors' low voltage coefficient and linear temperature characteristics (<±0.5% change in value from -40°C to +85°C) ensure the accuracy of monitoring data.
