The ring-typed ceramic dielectric capacitor comprises two sets of internal electrodes, each of which is connected to one end electrode. The dielectric film layer and the dielectric protection layer are alternately layered with the internal electrode conductive film to form a homogeneous capacitor body. Both the dielectric protection layer and the dielectric film layer have a ring-shaped body. The two groups of conductive films of the electrode are annular surfaces and the capacitor body has a cylindrical form with a through hole. The terminal electrode consists of an inner and an outer ring end electrode. The metalized film of the inner ring end electrode covers the inner wall of the through hole and the metalized film of the outer ring terminal electrode covers the outer wall of the cylinder.
